As a Junior AI Strategist at Sulava MEA, you will be focusing large Enterprises, with a focus on financial services organizations on their AI transformation journeys. Working closely with senior AI Strategists and delivery teams, you will help turn AI opportunities—such as Microsoft Copilot and AI agents—into practical, business‑relevant use cases.

This role sits at the intersection of business, AI, and adoption, and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundations in AI strategy, FSI domain knowledge, and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Copilot Enablement

• Support advisory work on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents, especially for FSI scenarios

• Stay up to date with Microsoft AI capabilities and emerging new technologies

• Lead as Consulting Trainer specifically focused on Finance related AI-capabilities in tools such as Excel and Analyst Agent

Strategy & Discovery Support

• Support senior AI Strategists in understanding FSI client needs, business priorities, and regulatory constraints

• Contribute to AI discovery and Innovation workshops, helping identify and shape high‑value use cases

• Collect inputs for business value reporting and help document use cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics

• Closely collaborate with Microsoft account teams on pre‑sales activities and workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Data, Engineering, or a related field

• 1- 3 years exposure to financial services environments (banking, insurance, fintech, capital markets)

• Passion and high motivation to learn the impact of AI and generative AI with interest in applying them to real business challenges

• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills

• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Comfortable supporting and co‑facilitating workshops, working sessions, and client discussions

• Fluent English and Arabic required

Highly valued skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Agentic solutions and overall Ecosystem

• Exposure to consulting, digital transformation, data, technology, financial services, or adjacent analytical roles

• Start-up or entrepreneurial experience
