We are looking for a Junior AI Transformation Advisor to support AI adoption and transformation programs for our customers across the Middle East.

This is a developing role that combines AI strategy, adoption, change management, and program support. You will work closely with senior team members to help turn AI from a concept into measurable business impact while building your own capabilities.

At Sulava MEA, AI transformation is not a one-off project—it is a continuous journey. You will contribute to that journey by supporting organisations as they build the foundations to become AI-native.

What You Will Do

• Support AI transformation programs across different phases (from discovery to execution)

• Assist in engaging with customer stakeholders to gather inputs and support roadmap development

• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training sessions, and use-case execution

• Contribute to Innovation Workshops, executive briefings, and adoption activities

• Help translate business needs into structured AI use cases and agent opportunities

• Support the demonstration and creation of simple AI agents and scenarios

• Assist in program tracking, reporting, KPI monitoring, and documentation

• Contribute to change management and adoption activities

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and engagement teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Data, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years work experience

• Passion and high motivation to learn the impact of AI and generative AI with interest in applying them to real business challenges Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills Ability to clearly communicate ideas and insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Comfortable supporting and co‑facilitating workshops, working sessions, and client discussions

What You Bring

Core Capabilities

• Foundational ability to work with customers and internal teams

• Interest or early experience in AI, digital, or modern work transformation

• Basic hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools (or strong willingness to learn)

• Ability to understand and explain simple AI use cases

Program & Transformation Support

• Basic program coordination and organisational skills

• Experience supporting projects, initiatives, or client engagements

• Ability to contribute to tracking, reporting, and structured documentation

• Willingness to learn how to define and work with KPIs and success metrics

Change & Engagement

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to support workshops, training sessions, and working meetings

• Interest in change management approaches (e.g., ADKAR or similar)

• Confidence working with both business and technical audiences (with support)

Market & Ecosystem Understanding

• Basic understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies (or strong learning mindset)

• Exposure to enterprise environments (internships, projects, or early roles) is a plus

• Understanding of the KSA / UAE market is an advantage

• Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus
